You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into elegant, user-centric designs. What you'll do:
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover deep user insights and pain points.
- Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma and Sketch.
- Create and maintain a scalable Design System to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with business goals.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders, clearly articulating the 'why' behind design decisions.
- Optimize user interfaces for maximum accessibility and conversion rates based on data and user feedback.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and design excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of successful projects.
- Proficiency in designing for web and mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
- Expertise in design tools, specifically Figma (Advanced level).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
