Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives including interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping
- Design high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop comprehensive design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business objectives
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling storytelling
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and skill-sharing sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS projects
- Expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong background in user research methodologies and accessibility standards
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
