Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and data analysis to uncover pain points and opportunities
- Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design workshops with stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B solutions
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies and data-driven design
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into exceptional user experiences
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
