Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to drive data-informed design decisions
- Create and iterate on wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define UX strategy and ensure seamless implementation
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Present design concepts to executive stakeholders and iterate based on constructive feedback
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and design critiques
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior to continuously optimize experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in user research methodologies, including persona development and journey mapping
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma (primary), Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and front-end development basics
- Experience leading design sprints and cross-functional workshops
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent portfolio strength)
- Proven ability to translate business goals into exceptional user experiences
- Experience with design systems implementation and governance
