Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create pixel-perfect, responsive designs that align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI components across platforms
- Conduct user testing sessions and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Mentor junior designers and champion user-centered design principles
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders with clear rationale
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design principles
- Experience with user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and journey mapping
- Proven ability to translate business goals into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating process and measurable impact on user experience
