Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for complex enterprise applications
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Establish and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with portfolio showcasing enterprise projects
- Strong background in user research methodologies and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience working in fully remote or hybrid environments
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for prototyping capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
