Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Develop design systems and component libraries for scalable solutions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation
- Present design rationale and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Lead design workshops and facilitate collaborative sessions
- Stay current with UX trends and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing end-to-end projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research and data analysis
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive designs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
