Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across platforms
- Develop interactive prototypes using Figma/Sketch to validate design concepts
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and gather feedback to iterate on designs
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design improvements and optimize conversion rates
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices across the organization
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions
- Proven track record of shipping successful digital products
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
