Responsibilities
- Execute user-centered design processes including personas, journey maps, and wireframing
- Lead design sprints and facilitate stakeholder workshops
- Develop interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Maintain and evolve our design system for scalability
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building
- Analyze analytics data to identify UX improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex B2B and consumer product designs
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys)
- Knowledge of front-end development fundamentals (HTML/CSS)
- Agile/Scrum workflow experience
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
