- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Conduct usability testing and synthesize insights to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies and information architecture
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered designs
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
