Responsibilities
- Lead user research, wireframing, and prototyping for enterprise-level web applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user personas and journey maps
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking across the organization
- Establish and maintain design system components for scalability
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Expertise in design systems and component-driven design
- Experience working in agile development environments
- BA/BS in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent portfolio)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
