Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create design systems and maintain design consistency across multiple platforms
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
- mentor junior designers and promote design best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years of professional experience
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex enterprise-level projects
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and data-driven design
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Ability to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
