Responsibilities
- Lead user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing for enterprise-level products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to deliver cohesive design systems
- Create high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop user journey maps and information architecture for complex digital platforms
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven design iterations to optimize conversion rates
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing enterprise projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, card sorting)
- Experience with responsive design, WCAG compliance, and accessibility standards
- Proven track record of shipping successful digital products with measurable impact
- Ability to present design rationale to executive stakeholders
- BS/MS in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
