Responsibilities
- Lead user-centered design projects through discovery, ideation, and implementation phases
- Conduct user research, create personas, and develop information architectures
- Design responsive interfaces and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business objectives
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (5+ years experience accepted)
- Portfolio demonstrating 10+ completed UX projects with measurable impact
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with strong prototyping skills
- Proficiency in user research methodologies (interviews, testing, analytics)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Portfolio showcasing mobile and responsive web design expertise
- Experience working in agile development environments
