Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create intuitive user interfaces and visual systems for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design recommendations
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years of professional experience
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex user-centered design solutions
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders
