Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create visually compelling design systems and maintain consistent UI patterns across platforms
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define design requirements
- Develop user journey maps and information architecture for complex web and mobile applications
- Conduct A/B tests and data-driven design iterations to optimize user engagement
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design workshops with cross-functional teams
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging UX technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Expertise in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with development teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders
