Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across 15+ digital products
- Conduct stakeholder presentations to articulate design rationale and gather actionable feedback
- Analyze user behavior data through Hotjar and Google Analytics to drive iterative improvements
- Mentor junior designers through our structured career development program
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and A/B testing methodologies
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent portfolio)
