Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, persona development, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
- Design responsive UI systems and component libraries ensuring brand consistency
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio reviews
- Analyze user behavior data and iterate designs based on performance metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS or enterprise products
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual design systems
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with agile development processes and Jira/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
