Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to prototyping and testing
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architectures
- Create high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility
- Maintain and evolve design systems across multiple platforms
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, analytics)
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- Proven ability to translate business goals into user-centric solutions
