Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create pixel-perfect designs using Figma and Adobe XD for web and mobile applications
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across 15+ products
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Analyze user behavior data and A/B test results to drive continuous improvement
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing SaaS or fintech projects
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma (required), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Expertise in user research methodologies including interviews, personas, and journey mapping
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale to technical teams
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field or equivalent practical experience
