Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to final implementation
- Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes for complex B2B applications
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect designs
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio reviews
- Establish and maintain design systems to ensure brand consistency
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders with data-driven rationale
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with SaaS products
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional problem-solving and visual design skills
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies including card sorting and A/B testing
- Strong understanding of WCAG accessibility standards
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
