Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to define user personas and journey maps.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Develop and maintain a design system to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback and data-driven insights.
- Optimize existing designs for performance and usability across all devices.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX design.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a full design lifecycle from research to high-fidelity delivery.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience conducting user research and analyzing user behavior metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
