Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop comprehensive design systems and UI components to ensure consistency across digital platforms
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and user testing sessions to gather actionable insights
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate on existing products and features
- Present design concepts to executive stakeholders with clear rationale and impact metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies including persona development and journey mapping
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with engineering teams
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to diverse audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
