Responsibilities
- Lead user research sessions, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Create design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping
- Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and design systems
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable designs
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
