Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to final implementation
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers using Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing to drive data-driven decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Develop design systems and maintain design consistency across platforms
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects
- Mastery of design tools: Figma (required), Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iteration
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
