Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, ideation, prototyping, and validation
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research sessions, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across digital products
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design team best practices
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex projects
- Expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and interaction design
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and design systems
- Experience working in agile development environments with product teams
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
