Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries to ensure consistency across products
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and advocate for user-centered design principles
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate on designs and improve user satisfaction
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design workshops with clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement and conversion rates
