Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research to final implementation
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Conduct usability testing and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility
- Create design systems and maintain component libraries for consistency
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking across the organization
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with B2B SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Comfortable with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Jira, Miro)
