Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research to prototype validation
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Conduct user testing sessions and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with business goals
- Develop and maintain design systems for enterprise-level applications
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating B2B SaaS projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design
- Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Knowledge of information architecture and interaction design principles
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
