Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices
- Analyze user metrics to continuously improve product experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive solutions
- Portfolio demonstrating visual design sensibility and interaction design
- Proficiency in A/B testing and data-driven design approaches
