Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to prototyping for enterprise web and mobile applications
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to drive design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect designs in agile environments
- Develop design systems and documentation ensuring consistency across digital products
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion user-centered design principles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex enterprise solutions
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable designs
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech products preferred
