Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to deliver cohesive design systems
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and user testing sessions to inform design decisions
- Create design documentation and maintain component libraries in Figma
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion funnels and engagement metrics
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking principles across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design iteration
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement and business outcomes
