Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives including persona development, journey mapping, and usability testing
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect design systems
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven design iterations to optimize conversion rates
- Mentor junior designers and establish UX best practices across the organization
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and translate complex concepts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Mastery of design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping software
- Expertise in user research methodologies and information architecture
- Strong understanding of front-end development capabilities and limitations
- Proven track record of shipping products with measurable business impact
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field or equivalent professional experience
