Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility
- Develop and maintain design systems for consistent user experiences
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate and improve product experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, testing, analytics)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement/conversion
- Experience with agile development methodologies preferred
