Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation for web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design decisions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and interactive designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of design systems
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to continuously optimize user experiences
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and user insights
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across products
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating complex digital products
- Expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and information architecture
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma (required), Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio showcasing process work, research insights, and final design solutions
