Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from discovery to implementation
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and gather feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure feasibility
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
