Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create comprehensive design systems and style guides ensuring consistency across products
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements and implement solutions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Conduct competitive analysis and industry trend research to maintain design excellence
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to elevate team capabilities
- Optimize user journeys and conversion funnels through data-driven design iterations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Proven ability to create design systems and maintain component libraries
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (equivalent experience accepted)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
