Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research to high-fidelity prototyping
- Collaborate with product teams to define design strategy and user journey mapping
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Create design systems and component libraries for enterprise-scale applications
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling documentation
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with SaaS or e-commerce portfolios
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, card sorting)
- Ability to translate business goals into user-centered design solutions
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual design excellence
- BS/MS in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
