Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect designs that align with business objectives
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Conduct user interviews and data analysis to identify pain points and inform design decisions
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through compelling storytelling and visual documentation
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices across the organization
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging UX technologies to drive innovation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating complex B2B/B2C projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools with mastery of design systems
- Strong background in user research methodologies including persona development and journey mapping
- Proven ability to translate user insights into actionable design solutions with measurable impact
- Experience working in agile development environments with strong collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
