Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital platforms
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and user workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions and continuous improvement
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to maintain quality standards
- Present design concepts to executive stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in user research methodologies including personas, journey mapping, and usability testing
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale clearly
