Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping for enterprise SaaS platforms
- Design intuitive interfaces and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect solutions
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Establish design systems and maintain component libraries for scalability
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking across cross-functional teams
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and justify strategic decisions
Qualifications
- 8+ years of UX/UI design experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise products
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and measurable impact
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro
- Proficiency in user research methods: interviews, surveys, heuristic evaluation
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Leadership experience guiding design teams or initiatives
