Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define user personas.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and high-quality implementation.
- Design and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics data.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in the tech industry.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and wireframing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas simply.
- Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
