Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research to high-fidelity prototyping
- Conduct usability testing and synthesize findings into actionable design recommendations
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architectures
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Establish and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking across the organization
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with compelling visual storytelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Strong understanding of design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Experience with cross-functional agile development processes
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and business impact
- Ability to work collaboratively with remote teams across time zones
