Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to validate design assumptions and uncover user needs.
- Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for both web and mobile applications using Figma.
- Create detailed wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts to the engineering team.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure visual consistency and efficiency across all product lines.
- Present design solutions and strategic rationale to cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a full design process from research to high-fidelity UI.
- Proficiency in modern design tools, specifically Figma, with a strong command of prototyping features.
- Demonstrated experience conducting user research and applying insights to drive design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-designers.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and typography.
