Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research and wireframing to prototyping and user testing
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define design requirements and ensure seamless implementation
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Create design systems and component libraries to maintain consistency across digital platforms
- Present design rationale and solutions to executive stakeholders with compelling visual narratives
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to our design community through knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with remote teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through visual design and user-centered solutions
