Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping for financial services applications
- Design high-fidelity prototypes and conduct usability testing with real users
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and quality
- Create design systems and maintain UI component libraries for scalability
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate on designs and improve conversion metrics
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing SaaS or fintech projects
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma (required), Adobe XD, Sketch, Principle
- Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies: interviews, surveys, A/B testing
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development workflows
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Experience mentoring junior designers and conducting design critiques
