Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation
- Conduct usability testing and data analysis to iterate on design solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries for consistency
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and advocate for user needs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving approach and visual design sensibility
