Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments, ensuring 99.9% uptime.
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, and Identity Management solutions.
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot virtualization infrastructure using VMware.
- Collaborate with the security team to implement robust network security protocols and firewalls.
- Oversee cloud migration projects and manage Azure resources (Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking).
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and mentor junior administrators.
- Conduct regular system audits, performance tuning, and backups to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar IT infrastructure role.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (RHEL/CentOS).
- Deep knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Certification preferred: CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or similar.
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call for critical system outages.
