Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows server environments in AWS and on-premise data centers
- Lead cybersecurity protocols including vulnerability assessments, patch management, and incident response
- Optimize cloud infrastructure costs while ensuring scalability and performance
- Develop automation scripts using Ansible and Terraform for deployment and monitoring
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services across hybrid environments
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline integration
- Document system architectures and create disaster recovery plans
- Mentor junior administrators and conduct technical training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration experience with Linux and Windows Server
- AWS/Azure certification (e.g., SysOps Administrator, Solutions Architect)
- Expertise in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) and firewall management
- Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools
- Proven track record in implementing enterprise-level security frameworks
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure during critical incidents
