Lead Infrastructure Operations at a Global Scale

Responsibilities
- Architect and manage hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) with a focus on scalability and cost-efficiency.
- Automate deployment and configuration management using Ansible, Terraform, and Python scripting.
- Enforce rigorous security policies, including SIEM monitoring, vulnerability patching, and access control (IAM/AD).
- Monitor system health and performance metrics using tools like Grafana and Prometheus to proactively resolve issues.
- Lead disaster recovery initiatives and conduct regular business continuity drills.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and containerized applications.
- Troubleshoot complex network and server-level issues with minimal downtime.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in System Administration or DevOps engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) and Windows Server administration.
- Strong background in cloud computing platforms, specifically AWS or Azure.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.
- Scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation and reporting.
- Certifications such as RHCE, CKAD, or AWS Solutions Architect are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.
